I'm not really the Skull type but...

When asked to make a custom Coffee Quilt(tm) with a Pirates of the Carribean theme, I agreed. Now what to do with the extra fabric??? I suppose someone could have a custom made slide or Hair Quilt(tm) made? I hear the little ones like the skull and cross bones theme fabric...hard for my sheltered brain to imagine..I don't go to movies much but I'll go with it if someone wanted a triple black skull yoyo clip too! I'm open to suggestions!!!

  1. I know what you mean- skulls and crossbones on a little one looks a bit strange to me. Pirates is a cute movie, but still a bit mature for little ones to watch, much less get into the theme? lol

  5. How about using the extra fabric for head scarf/do rag (right spelling? feeling old and uncool here) for boys who love to dress up like pirates? Offer your quilts too~you never know! :-)

  7. Hey, you made those look like quite classy pirates. Shouldn't they be around rum glasses though?

  9. Hi Jodi, thanks for leaving me a message. We will definitly have to meet soon. We'll get Kim and go fabric shopping! I love to black and white skull quilt. If you have enough of the fabric to make one for a Dunkin's large iced I want one! Maybe with pewter or purple satin stitching instead of the red. Anyway, we'll talk to Kim and find an afternoon.
