Contest!

Can YOU help me figure out what to do with this creation and suggest a name? It's about 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter and sits 3/4 inches(2.5 cm) high, it is made with ombre green wired ribbon. I have some ideas but need more...LOVE it and thinking of listing it when it "Becomes" something important.

  1. I think it should become a lily pad for a frog. I have no idea why that was the first thing that came to mind :P

  8. I don"t have a suggestion but the colors are beautiful and so luxurious. The name has to be worthy of its beauty. I love the name of your blog. May I add you to the links on my blog ? Thank you, Corline

  9. You could make a gorgeous hanging ornament using those. Take a styrafoam ball (maybe?) and attach a bunch of them with glue - They would be light but would look pretty pretty. You could even make some larger and some smaller - coordinate colors. Very Martha. Oo la la!

  10. I know it's cheap to stick in two ideas - but I just had this one after the last one. They would make great embellishments on a handbag. If you had a very simply shapped handbag and covered the entire thing (sans handles of course) with those little ribbon squishies it would give it a very interesting look.

  14. rofl mary helen!!

The first thing I thought of was broccoli when I saw it. Maybe I've been out in the garden too long.

I could see it embellishing a handbag or on the back of a fancy skirt for a little girl instead of a bow.
